It was only a matter of time before having a web presence would be as common and as expected as having a fax machine. Lochrie WebMasters wanted to be a part of that huge opportunity. It was important that we were a one-stop shop. The less hassle for our clients, the better. To achieve this, we purchased the state of the art Internet Servers and software to develop and host the sites in our office building. We then installed the fastest connection, a T1 line, to serve our sites to the Internet. It was a costly investment, but worth it. We have complete control over the entire operation of all of our web sites.

The other aspect that we felt was vital in our web division was to have the capability to develop transactional sites. In other words, we wanted to provide our clients with the ability to not only promote their goods and services via the World Wide Web, but to sell them as well. To that end, we had our programmers build a database program and we purchased the Secure Internet Server and Software to develop transactional sites.
